As always, write a 500 word scene using one of the three scene starter sentences. Try and use at least five of the ten prompt words in your scene. I'm looking for emotion in this prompt. Make me laugh, make me cry, make me mad at a villian. Doesn't matter, just move me. If you don't FEEL something when you write this scene...rewrite it until you do, and email it to me at Cheryl @ CherylWyatt.com (remove the spaces before and after the "@".
Winner will receive a new Steeple Hill release of their choice.
Happy writing!
SCENE STARTERS:
"It's for the baby."
"That was the last time I saw him."
"I can't imagine why she'd ever forgive me."
PROMPT WORDS:
pain
hallow
hollow
unrest
offense
charges
loss

forgiveness

Hey you--just dropping by to say "hi!"
Thanks for all of your help in my recent frenzy. I'll keep you updated. Blessings to you and your family this Easter.
Please delete this once you read it, but I didn't know how else to contact you.
The "Cynthia Cooke Blog" link (on your web page) takes one to a list of gay-dating links.
Figured it was unintentional and thought you'd want to know.
(the e-mail at the bottom of your web page came back as undeliverable.)
Sorry to interupt.
